I'm became a lap swimmer in my 70th year. I now have swam over 620 miles and this is the first swim cap that has kept my hair somewhat dry. At first I thought the cap was too tight, but then I understood why it is! I think if I remember to readjust it during the mile, it may keep my hair completely dry! It's amazing!
