Speedo Breast Stroke Swim Fins

I loved these breast stroke fins and when other swimmers saw me using them , they were instantly interested. Almost all of these people bought them and they loved them, too.

I followed instructions and ordered a size down (bc of woman), and I realized the fins were still a little bigger than expected...but they work!

I coach swim and water polo and have struggled to get my swimmers to do a legal breaststroke kick. These fins force your feet in the proper position. It is almost impossible to do it incorrectly while wearing these fins. Water polo coaches dream come true! While wearing these eggbeater is much easier to learn. It is very noticeable when a different kick is being used. They can feel when their foot slips out of egg beater. Builds strength of eggbeater great step before going to weight belts.

This is the perfect addition to a swimmers bag of tricks. If you do not perform your breaststroke kick correctly you will feel it with these fins. Get the angle of your feet correct and you will fly. These fins have greatly improved my breaststroke. I wear a woman’s size 7 shoe and purchased the XS and it fits well.
