We had ordered a size 27 in the low waist equivalent and fit to size. However the high waist is larger and created drag during a Senior champs meet on the first wear. Will need to order a new size unfortunately will not be able to return.

For anyone looking to buy this product, it runs about two sizes small my kid has a 28 waist and 32 hip which means that the 21 would have fit him. Unfortunately it didnt go up past his thighs. I then order a 24 and it fit but you could see it was big by his crotch area and his thighs. I am not giving up on the product as I heard it is one of best ones out on the market and my kid really wants it, so I am waiting for the 23 hopefully that fits him. I definitely know that the 22 won't fit because a team mate of his who is skinnier in thighs got it and had to return it as well because it did not go up past his thighs. Goodluck

Bought this and the non high waist suit (see separate review) for my son for upcoming sectionals/districts/state meets. My son liked the look and fit of the suit but there was noticeable puckering adjacent to the seam around the hip and buttock area. Also, the seam did not lie flat where it ended at the thigh. This is not a sizing issue. My son typically wears a Speedo 28 for practice suits (and they are tight) so the 26 gave a good overall fit. Defeats the purpose of buying a high performance suit at this prices if there is any gap between suit and skin!
SSwimOutlet3/17/16||Your description shows that you probably needed a size 25 or smaller. My son wears a 28 practice suit as well so I got a 26. Had the same problem as you, so I took him to the vendor at the meet. The "pro" fit him for a 24, but only had a 25. Extremely tight & very hard to get into (over 20 minutes the first time), but the suit stayed put and had no ripples.|||I concur. my son wears a 30 practice suit in speedos (and maybe could wear a 28, but he likes the fuller coverage), but ended up with a 24 in this suit when fitted--- No puckering then. The size chart is not correct. My son has a 25" waist and 31.5" hips. I ordered him a size 21 and it wouldn't go past his thighs. I returned it and ordered a 23 and it won't go over his rear. I called Speedo for advise and they were completely unhelpful. (He wears a 20 in the Speedo Elite 2 and a 22 in the Arena Carbon Air.)
SSwimOutlet2/20/16I can tell you this thing fits tigher than a glove when it is fit properly. My son wears a 26 regular meet suit & has a 22 in this suit for its compression capability. One kid I know took 30 minutes to get this one...|We had the same experience. My son's hips is 31 and waist 27, so I ordered the size 21. When I put it on him, it won't even go past his legs below the hips. A friend says it took them 30 min, so I tried it again the next day. Same thing after 7 min, it woudn't give at all, the waist is the problem, it is so small and it doesn't give at all, unlike his Avictor with which the waist stretches as you pull it up, this one doesn't so it's impossible to even go past his thighs, at 8 min, he was crying and screaming to take it off because he said it's so painful and it is cutting circulation in his legs. When I pull it down, his legs were red. It was horrible. I returned it but I had to end up paying for return shipping. I am tired of this tech suits with all their "size chart" that is way off. El jammer es precioso, lo compramos color coral, pero mi hijo no lo ha podido usar por que le quedó grande. Compré el mismo tamaño que usa en el LZR elite 2 y le quedó grande. No lo he cambiado por que segun la politica de devolucion, tendria que devolverlo y comprarlo nuevamente y no lo han vuelto a poner en especial, por lo que lo tendria que comprar a precio regular. En resumen, lo tengo guardado para cuando mi hijo engorde un poquito o decida si lo devuelvo antes que pase la fecha limite.
