Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I bought this to replace the current one I have of the same brand and size. I've tried Speedo and TYR and this is by far my favorite for overall comfort and durability doing laps in a chlorinated pool. The ratio of materials make it go on easily but still retain its shape for months. I swim 1-2x/week all year and simply rinse it and it lasts more than a year easily.
