Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

We have a different, much older sporti parka, that was passed down from a friend. It still has lots of life left in it, but we purchased this newer version & had it customized for Christmas. My daughter loves it!!! Aside from the striped vs non-striped design & differing liner colors I can’t tell a difference, but she swears the lining of this new one is remarkably softer. Great purchase! The customization did tack on quite a bit of time, but it was the holiday season, so it was expected. The detailing looks great! Highly recommend.
